These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the travel consulting services provided by Travel Mates (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Travel Mates provides personalized travel consulting services including, but not limited to:

• Travel planning and itinerary creation;

• Research and recommendations for flights, accommodations, and activities;

• Accessibility and inclusive travel consulting;

• Support with bookings made through third-party providers; and

• We do not operate as a travel agency or tour operator and do not issue tickets or directly book services unless otherwise stated.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during consultations;

• Verifying and complying with entry requirements, visa regulations, health protocols, and documentation needs;

• Booking travel arrangements unless otherwise agreed in writing; and

• Purchasing adequate travel insurance for all travelers.

3. Fees and Payment

• Our service fees will be outlined in writing prior to engagement and are due per the agreed schedule (e.g., upfront, hourly, per itinerary);

• Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced; and

• Clients are responsible for costs related to travel bookings, third-party vendors, or cancellation penalties.

• 4. Changes and Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your consulting session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance; and

• We are not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations imposed by airlines, hotels, or any third-party providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Travel Mates is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense resulting from travel, including issues related to airlines, accommodations, weather, political events, or natural disasters;

• Our role is advisory, and we cannot guarantee the performance or reliability of third-party vendor; and

• You acknowledge that all travel involves some level of risk.

6. Accessibility Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on accessible travel, we rely on third-party sources and cannot guarantee the completeness or suitability of accommodations, services, or activities for all individuals. We advise clients to verify directly with vendors when necessary.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected during consultation (including health, mobility, or family details) will be kept confidential and only shared with necessary parties to fulfill your travel needs. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including custom itineraries, travel guides, and recommendations, are the intellectual property of Travel Mates and may not be shared, sold, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State] without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey, U.S.A.
